Leaked images show minor changes to iPhone 5s

A number of images purported to show the inside of the iPhone 5s case have been leaked.
The iPhone 5s is likely to be unveiled by Apple next month alongside the budget model, currently believed to be called the iPhone 5c.
The leaked images show what is claimed to be an iPhone 5s next to an iPhone 5. They were originally posted by Fanatic Fone.
While the images display the two cases next to each other, they hint that the successor to the iPhone 5 is likely to be very similar.
The most noticeable change is a longer ribbon cable – with smaller connections – at the top of the case.
From the outside, the phones appear to be almost identical. Internally, the front housing on the iPhone 5s case is slightly thicker.
Another minor change includes the movement of some connection points at the base of the case, next to the home button.
The changes come just weeks after it emerged that Apple may be planning to introduce biometric fingerprint scanning to the iPhone.
